Most of what makes a business work has never been written down. Helix gets it out of the founder's head and keeps it as the record every AI tool they use works from. The owner approves every change.

## Who it is for
Coaches, consultants and advisors who sell their time and want a business that runs on products. Built by Thomas Gamblin (https://thomasgamblin.com/helix).

## What Helix does
1. Build: the Builder talks the business through with the owner, one decision at a time, and helps shape what they do into products that grow without more of their hours.
2. Record: every decision is written up in a language AI understands, in one organised folder the owner owns (their knowledge base). When something changes, Helix finds every place it appears and asks before updating anything.
3. Map: the knowledge base becomes the Blueprint, the buyer's journey step by step, with what comes before and after each product.
4. Team: the owner describes an agent in their own words. Rhea builds it from the knowledge base. An agent works when given a job, starts from the record, does the work, and hands back the result or a proposed change for approval. It does not act in other systems or run on its own.
5. Connect: one URL connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any tool that supports connectors to the same folder. The workspace can also be exported as plain files for the owner's own agents.

## What Helix does not do
Helix does not build websites, emails or automations. It holds the record they are built from. Those get built in the tools the owner already uses, and they get the business right because they all start from the same record.

## Trust
- The record belongs to the owner. It can be exported, any time, as an organised folder of plain files.
- Nothing changes without the owner. Connected tools and agents can propose updates when asked. Only the owner approves them.
- The AI services Helix runs on don't train on your business.
- The Helix team cannot read a record unless the owner shares it.

## Why the record gets more valuable
Every model gets better at using good context, and the record gets richer each time the owner works in it. The same material that runs today's tools runs next year's.
